Above is an acoustic/electric. It's very light and hollow. It's cherry with a spruce top. These guitars have an electric neck and use acoustic strings to maintain an acoustic feel.
Other pickup options exist, but I've been very satisfied with under-saddle piezo pickups.
Side volume slider.

Magnetic access door. Battery is easily changed.
Action adjusts from back. Allen screws raise and lower bridge.
I also build with magnetic pickup and preamp that blends the piezo and magnetic pickups.
Electric Carved Top
This is my own guitar I play regularly in my own group.
A hollow walnut bodied, set neck, carve top with maple
binding. It has a solid copper metalflake finish and one
split-coil
humbucker.
I made the pickup myself after an idea from Lindy Fralin, thanks Lindy! It is quiet like a humbucker, but has the sound of a single-coil. The Carved Top has active electronics with a switchable gain preamp, and side dots on the neck light up!
Tonemaster
This guitar is called the "Tonemaster" from a Dan Sharp design,
drawn by Jamie Unden of Guitar Plans Unlimited, where a plan is available.
Specifics and Price
Base price for flat top electric guitars is $1500.00, and for the carved top $2000.00. Final price considers custom woods and design details.
I don't have "standard" electric guitar models. I build to agreed ideas in mind. I prefer to consult the musician and make their special guitar.
